Job summary

The Reset Specialist at Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan‑ograms, increasing business by strategically growing space in outlet and for supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of general work experience, and preferred beverage industry or customer service background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Previous beverage industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach.
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
• Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Must have the ability to read information in small, medium and large print.
• Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete resets in assigned stores according to pre-established plan‑ograms.
• Ensure brand, package and promotional goals are reflected in store sets.
• Communicate with customers on changes to the store as a result of reset activity.
• Sell‑in incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs.
• Support sales team with trade execution including placing racks and other incremental equipment, updating and maintaining proper POS elements and ensuring accounts meet LOS standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to product age, quality and safety.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor including but not limited to new business solicitation.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Requirements: Must be 18+ with a clean driving record. Retail experience preferred.
