Job summary

Core-Mark in Utah is seeking a Merchandiser to price and set customers' stores while traveling to partner locations. You will service assigned stores daily and provide outstanding customer service.

The role requires reading planograms, stocking and merchandising, shelf displays, and occasional overnight travel. Mileage and cell phone reimbursements are provided, with benefits starting Day 1 and opportunities for growth.

• Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily.
• Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, and product handling at customer locations.
• Read planograms and arrange store shelves or displays.
• Monitor store issues and report to Sales Manager as needed.
• Occasional overnight travel.

Position Details;

• This role requires TRAVEL - may need to travel to Nevada, Idaho and Wyoming (hotel and meals provided)
• Pay is $18.00 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement
• Cell phone reimbursement or company phone
• Preferred to have a candidate who resides in Missoula, Helena, or Billings

A Brief Overview

The Merchandiser is responsible for pricing and setting customers' stores. The Merchandiser reports directly to the Sales/Merchandising Manager overseeing the geographical area they service.

What you will do

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotation, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations
• Read planograms
• Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.
• Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required
• Maintain safe store aisles
• Maintenance of assigned equipment
• Occasional overnight travel
• Reporting hours to division on provided time sheets #CM-ALL

Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

• 6 + months of merchandising experience
