Job summary

ACO-US in NORCROSS, GA is seeking reliable retail merchandisers to support a leading Southeast grocery retailer by executing planogram-driven resets and merchandising tasks. You will work on shelves, install fixtures, and ensure accurate product placement to drive sales and store standards.

• Experience reading plan-o-grams required.
• Grocery reset experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete resets and remodels.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks and merchandise products.
• Place shelf tags and maintain plan-o-gram integrity.
• Process pack-outs, restocks, and reorders.
• Collaborate with store staff to achieve merchandising excellence.
• Use web-based apps to manage schedules, timekeeping, mileage, and expenses.

What Will You Do

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to accurately complete reset and remodel projects
• Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, and properly merchandise products
• Place shelf tags and strips accurately while maintaining plan-o-gram integrity
• Process pack-outs, restocks, and reorders
• Partner with store personnel and teammates to achieve merchandising excellence
• Utilize web-based applications to manage schedules, assignments, timekeeping, mileage, and expenses
• Complete documentation accurately and efficiently

Experience & Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple store locations
• Experience reading and using plan-o-grams required
• Grocery reset experience strongly preferred
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Access to a computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities
• Comfortable using smartphones and handheld technology
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability or willingness to use basic hand tools including drills, screwdrivers, and case cutters
• Ability to safely climb and stand on ladders or step stools as needed
