Acosta Sales & Marketing in Athens, Alabama is hiring a Reset Merchandiser to support a Southeast grocery retailer. You will follow plan-o-grams, move shelves, and merchandise products across multiple stores in fast-paced environments.

The role requires reliable transportation, physical work, and teamwork. Excellent attention to detail and basic handheld tech are a plus. Full-time schedule with early shifts and potential 4-day weeks is offered.

Qualifications

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset/remodel projects.
• Grocery reset experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and travel to multiple store locations.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset and remodel projects.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, and merchandise products.
• Place shelf tags and strips while maintaining plan-o-gram integrity.
• Process pack-outs, restocks, and reorders.
• Partner with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence.
• Use web-based apps to manage schedules, timekeeping, mileage, and expenses.
• Complete documentation accurately and efficiently.

Experience & Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple store locations
• Experience reading and using plan-o-grams required
• Grocery reset experience strongly preferred
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Access to a computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities
• Comfortable using smartphones and handheld technology
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability or willingness to use basic hand tools including drills, screwdrivers, and case cutters
• Ability to safely climb and stand on ladders or step stools as needed
