Acosta Sales & Marketing is looking for a Reset Merchandiser to support a Northeast grocery retailer in Southington, CT. The role requires reading planograms, stocking shelves, and maintaining discipline on resets and remodels.

Responsibilities

  • Read and implement plan-o-grams to complete resets and remodels accurately.
  • Move and clean shelving, install fixtures, and merchandise products properly.
  • Place shelf tags and strips correctly while maintaining plan-o-gram standards.
  • Process restocks, reorders, and pack-outs.
  • Partner with store teams and co-workers to complete projects efficiently.
  • Communicate observations and issues to leadership.
  • Use web-based applications to manage schedules, assignments, and reporting.
  • Complete required project documentation accurately and on time.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability or willingness to use basic hand tools and equipment
  • Ability to safely use ladders and step stools as needed
