Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing in ELIZABETH, New Jersey, is seeking a Reset Merchandiser - Northeast. The role supports a major Northeast grocery retailer, applying plan-o-grams, merchandising products, and restocking while ensuring accurate plan-o-gram standards.

You will work part-time with consistent weekday schedules, leveraging hands-on merchandising experience in a fast-paced store environment and coordinating with store teams to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and using plan-o-grams required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Read and implement plan-o-grams to complete resets and remodels.
• Move and clean shelving, install fixtures, and merchandise products properly.
• Place shelf tags and strips correctly while maintaining plan-o-gram standards.
• Process restocks, reorders, and pack-outs.
• Partner with store teams and co-workers to complete projects efficiently.
• Communicate observations and issues to leadership.
• Use web-based applications to manage schedules, assignments, and reporting.
• Complete required project documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability or willingness to use basic hand tools and equipment
• Ability to safely use ladders and step stools as needed
