Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Reset Merchandiser to join our team in a retail environment. You will execute store resets, maintain planograms, and ensure displays meet company standards to drive sales. Strong attention to detail and customer service skills are essential.

Work Mon-Fri with no nights or weekends; in-person position with competitive hourly pay and benefits, including health coverage and a 401(k). Previous retail exposure is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising principles is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using cash registers or RF scanners is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute product resets according to planograms and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth execution of resets.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel regarding merchandising needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management.
