P.L. Marketing, Inc. is hiring a Reset Merchandiser to maintain and enhance product displays in retail environments. You will execute resets, collaborate with store staff, and use RF scanners for inventory management to ensure displays meet company standards and drive sales.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork, with a no-night, no-weekend schedule. 13.00–14.00 per hour, in-person location in Katy, TX.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage customers.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising principles is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with cash registers or RF scanners is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute product resets according to planograms and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth execution of resets.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
• Communicate merchandising needs to team and store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during resets.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
