Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers and shape shopper experiences in Florida. You’ll build displays, set end caps, rotate products, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

Attend multiple stores weekly, lift up to 74 lbs, and work with store staff and teammates. Training is provided; benefits and a referral bonus are available.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 74 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps to maximize shopper engagement.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and manage stock levels.
• Track inventory to optimize sales opportunities.
• Visit multiple stores within a week and collaborate with staff.
