Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers by building displays, executing shelves resets, and maintaining inventory. Training is provided, and growth is encouraged within the company.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have reliable transportation, and can lift up to 74 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork skills help you succeed across multiple stores and shifts.

• You are 18 years or older.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• You enjoy physical work and can lift up to 74 lbs.
• Open to visiting multiple stores within a week.
• Excellent communication skills with team members, store staff, and customers.
• Can work independently or as part of a team.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
