Overview

Minnetonka Public Schools is accepting applications for Reserve/Substitute teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. Reserve Teachers are an important partner in helping us to ensure there is a caring and qualified adult inspiring our children in every day classroom! The successful candidate will be responsible for filling in for regular teachers who are absent or on leave, providing instruction and support to the students in various subjects and grade levels. Individuals must hold a valid Minnesota Teacher License or Short Call License. We are actively reviewing applications as they are submitted.

Requirements

• Valid Minnesota Teaching License or Short Call License. If you do not hold a Minnesota Teacher License but have a Bachelor's degree you may apply for a Short Call Substitute teacher license through the Minnesota Professional Educators Licensing and Standards Board: https://mn.gov/pelsb/.

Teacher Sub Pay Rates

• $170.00 for a full day
