What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Answer inbound calls from guests who have purchased promotional vacation getaways, assisting with booking and inquiries
2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address escalated service issues
3. Contribute to revenue growth by delivering on arrivals and ensuring tour volume for resorts
4. Engage in package retention efforts and effectively sell travel dates
5. Work collaboratively as part of the Reservations Sales Team

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. High School diploma or GED equivalent
2. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
3. 1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience
4. 1+ years of call center experience preferred
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Sales experience highly preferred
2. Previous experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry
