Job summary

Catch Hospitality Group in New York City is seeking a Reservationist for our upscale dining venues. You’ll deliver exceptional guest service, follow proper steps of service, and work closely with the Reservation Manager to ensure memorable experiences.

With 1–2 years of high-volume fine dining reservation experience, you must stay organized, multitask well, communicate clearly, and be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Reservation team plays a very important role in the restaurant where you are expected to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for following the proper steps of service and working alongside our Reservation Manager. Beyond that, you are expected to use your skill, knowledge, and personality to provide a memorable guest experience for our patrons.

• Have 1-2 years of Reservationist experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment
