Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Blaine, Minnesota to support customers and field teams with reservations and equipment management. Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will ensure proper allocation and routing of equipment to meet demand while maintaining accuracy in contracts and reports.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment (multiline phones) and basic Word/Email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
