Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Cleveland, OH. This role supports customers and field teams with reservation placement and equipment distribution under the Traffic Control Manager, in a fast-paced environment.

Required are a high school diploma, basic office equipment skills, and strong customer service, time management, and multitasking abilities. U-Haul offers extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.

Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-self movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need. After World War II, there existed the widespread need for do-it-self moving equipment that would be available on a one-way, nationwide basis. U-Haul co-founders L.S. "Sam" Shoen and his wife, Anna Mary Carty Shoen, recognized that need and acted upon it. Their visionary approach spread the cost of ownership among many users, facilitating the mobility of the populations of the U.S. and Canada.
