Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers, field teams and dealerships by placing reservations and directing equipment.

Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will assist with calls and ensure accurate reservations and equipment distribution to balance regional inventory levels. You will review reports to optimize equipment availability, aid with U-Box products, and help meet daily demand in a fast-paced setting while delivering outstanding service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with phones, Word and email.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist calls from and to customers and support field team members.
• Support dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customer equipment to areas based on demand and productivity.
• Review reports to aid in equipment availability and reservation accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
