We are seeking a highly motivated Researcher to join Min Ni's Lab within the Oncology Department. The Researcher will assist in the design and execution of metabolism-focused experiments, supporting the use of metabolomics, stable isotope tracing, and functional assays in genetic and preclinical murine models. Working closely with postdoctoral fellows and research specialists, the Researcher will contribute to experimental design, assay development and optimization, and data processing and analysis. The position offers opportunities for technical skill development and hands-on training while working closely with multidisciplinary research teams to support studies aimed at advancing our understanding of metabolism and its potential therapeutic applications.
The Min Ni Lab studies the genetic and metabolic processes that govern mammalian development, with a particular focus on understanding how alterations in these pathways contribute to pediatric diseases, including cancer.
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $24.00 - $42.00 per hour for the role of Researcher- Min Ni's Lab.
