The Ohio State University is seeking a Researcher 1 to support the Center for Antibody Therapeutics (CAT) within the Pelotonia Institute for Immuno-Oncology (PIIO). The role involves conducting structured research and routine lab tasks focused on antibodies, ADCs, bsAbs, and CAR-NK/CAR-T therapies, under Dr.

Zhiwei Hu. You will perform in vitro and in vivo procedures, collect and analyze data, assist with literature and grant materials, and help maintain lab safety and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related field; or an associate's degree with 3+ years of related experience; or a bachelor's with 1+ year of related experience.
• Experience with cell culture, molecular biology, protein biochemistry, chromatography, or antibody-based methods.
• Strong organizational, analytical, recordkeeping, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform structured research assignments and routine lab activities supporting translational cancer research focused on antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, bsAb, and antibody-based CAR-NK/CAR-T therapies.
• Collect, analyze, and document research data; communicate findings to the research team.
• Assist with literature reviews, figures, manuscripts, reports, and grant materials.
• Maintain laboratory safety and compliance requirements; support routine lab operations, supplies, and equipment.
