Our client a leading Healthcare & Life Sciences provider is seeking a Lab Researcher - Biology/Microbiology to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri.

You will work 100% onsite at our client’s St. Louis, MO location. The Lab Researcher will contribute to research through hands‑on laboratory work and will maintain laboratory standards and protocols. We welcome expecting and recent graduates to apply! The role is 40‑hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory protocols following pre-established guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Maintain laboratory organization, cleanliness, and inventory management
• Document experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately
• Collaborate with team members on research projects and share findings
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory best practices
• Responsible for manual/semi‑automated PCR setup
• Work with chemical components and different forms of equipment

Required Skills/Experience (Must‑Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, cellular biology, or related field is required
• Experience working in a laboratory environment is highly desirable; this can include educational experience
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $50,000 - $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
