Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is seeking a laboratory professional to perform routine and established lab procedures in support of lab goals, including assays, cell/tissue culture, and animal studies. You will monitor results, summarize data, and assist in equipment maintenance while presenting findings at lab meetings.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry or a related science (or an associate with six years of experience), plus strong writing and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Requires solid understanding of lab techniques, equipment and safety.
• Ability to organize and perform laboratory techniques independently and in a team.
• Experience with basic data analysis is required.
