Perform a variety of technical activities required for conducting tests and experiments in a school or research laboratory within the Institute. Salary range: $33,280.00 - $35,000.00, depending on experience.

This is not a supervisory position. This position does not have financial responsibilities. No, this position will not be required to drive. This role is not considered a position of trust. This position does not require a purchasing card (P-Card). This position will not travel. This position does not require security clearance.
The role includes lab management over a team of undergraduate students working on sponsored research projects. This would include insuring good lab practices, and housekeeping of the team, assistance in lab procedures, and proctoring in my absence. Final assessment of performance will be a shared responsibility of the assistant and myself.
