Research Assistant will work with Dr. Julie Price on imaging studies at the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging, Mass General Brigham Department of Radiology. Our group investigates alterations in brain function, structure, and molecular pathology in normal aging, Alzheimer's disease, Down Syndrome, and Parkinson's disease. Our multi-modal imaging studies include positron emission tomography (PET) imaging and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) datasets.
This position requires strong data analysis skills for managing and analyzing neuroimaging datasets, as well as interpersonal skills essential for conducting human research studies. The successful candidate will collaborate with the research team to develop and test neuroimaging methods needed to achieve project objectives, provide high level neuroimaging support, and develop tools to further automate laboratory processes and analyses.
Responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, organizing and preparing samples, conducting experiments, and recording and analyzing data.
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
