Job summary

UT Health Sciences in Memphis seeks a Research Study Coordinator 1 Level 2 to join the HABITS study team, an NIH-funded effort to improve long-term physical activity for cancer survivors. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED).
• 1 year of related experience, or Master’s Degree in lieu, or a combination of education and experience to equal five years.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research management and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Delivers behavioral intervention to study participants as specified in the protocol, including sessions, calls, emails, and texts.
• Screens potential participants for eligibility; administers assessments and enters data.
• Performs regulatory duties: study records, QA, consent, adverse events, IRB/FDA requirements.
• Documents adverse events and protocol deviations with good clinical judgment.
• Develops retention and recruitment strategies; serves as a primary contact for participants.
• Assists with reports, summaries, and patient-directed materials as directed.
• Attends protocol meetings to troubleshoot issues and supports staff training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
