You¿ll interact with internal and external stakeholders, support study participants, and ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently.   • Interact with internal and external customers at all levels to support research initiatives.

  • Engage directly with potential and enrolled study participants.
  • Analyze protocol-specific requirements and implement measures to ensure stakeholder compliance.
  • Provide additional support as needed to meet study objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and three (3) years of work experience, with a minimum of two (2) years in research and/or healthcare.
  • OR Associates degree in a research or healthcare-related field and one (1) year of research and/or healthcare experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with regulatory compliance in research settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
