Responsibilities

• Research and develop agent frameworks that learn from traces and feedback.
• Build large-scale log analytics to extract quality signals and insights.
• Apply frontier LLM post-training, reasoning and planning techniques.
• Collaborate with algorithm, platform engineering and product teams.
• Turn research ideas into production-grade systems at scale.
