Responsibilities

• Scope and drive research efforts to improve Gemini capabilities, including multi-turn and factuality.
• Review the latest literature to guide research directions.
• Curate and generate data to evaluate Gemini capabilities.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies (human and automated).
• Design and conduct supervised fine-tuning and RL experiments to improve model performance.
