Qualifications

• PhD in CS/AI/ML or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP or agent-based systems.
• 1 year in modern LLM post-training (SFT, RLHF, DPO, PPO) or model development in AI labs.

Responsibilities

• Improve Gemini with new RL environments and evaluations.
• Explore where Gemini can be superhuman and build evaluations.
• Invent ways to create hard problems and graders for verification.
• Evaluate and train Gemini on environments and transfer learning to production.
• Contribute to breakthroughs for Gemini.
