Job summary

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical tools, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
• Master’s degree is desirable.
• Two to three years related experience in research.
• Experience coordinating research projects and managing data.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates all research activities for PIs.
• Develops and maintains study workflows, schedules, and data management plans.
• Monitors budgets, quality, and productivity measures.
• Ensures IRB submissions and regulatory documentation are up to date.
• Collaborates with investigators and other sites as needed.
