Job summary

The Research Program Coordinator at Mount Sinai Health System will support the implementation and day-to-day coordination of the study under the supervision of Drs. Ash Tewari and Nihal Mohamed.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in Natural Sciences with relevant research experience.
• Minimum 4 years of research experience in data management and study coordination.
• Preferred: experience with clinical research coordination and IRB processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day research activities and support study implementation.
• Assist with participant recruitment and enrollment communications.
• Conduct follow-up assessments per protocol.
• Participate in data collection and coding for qualitative/quantitative work.
• Enter data and maintain study databases at ISMMS.
• Ensure timely collection and documentation of research data.
• Prepare regulatory documents for human subjects research under supervision.
• Coordinate IRB submissions, continuing reviews, and amendments.
• Organize research meetings and maintain team communication.
• Assist with continuation/final reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
