Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution.
• Five years of experience in project coordination, research administration, project management, or program management.
• Experience with data management, BI reporting, and financial tracking.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard development.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CII’s research portfolio and project information systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Administer research data in Salesforce and other designated systems.
• Manage portfolio calendars, milestones, deliverables, and committee activities.
• Prepare slides, reports, and documentation for committees and leadership.
