The Research Operator I is responsible for blending, processing, filling and sterilization of liquid and powdered infant and adult nutritional products. Primary functions include, but not limited to : material handling/dispensing, hand cleaning, clean-in-place (CIP) agglomerate, tower dryer, heat treatment systems, cleaning-out-of-place (COP), operation of scales, temperature monitoring, routine housekeeping, line clearance verification, validation / general overview, allergen control, portable pumps, labeling/finishing of final product packages, heat treatment systems, ink jet coders, container rinsers, pH meters, product sampling, manual filling, automated powder and liquid fillers, can seamers, dry blenders, double seam evaluations, homogenizers and freeze dryer.
