Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field.
• Certification such as CIP or CRA is preferred.
• 4 years of experience in research administration, regulatory coordination, or related field.
• Experience in academic/healthcare settings with IRB, HRPP, or grants administration is preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply research regulations and sponsor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HRPP operations and submissions, tracking deadlines and maintaining documentation.
• Advise on regulatory requirements and research processes to ensure compliance.
• Develop investigator-facing training materials and guidance documents.
• Maintain accurate records in electronic systems and shared drives.
• Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, sponsors, and regulatory contacts.
• Support program improvement through data collection, audits, and process enhancements.
