Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking an Operations Program Manager to coordinate the Research Non-Employee (NE) program. You will serve as the central link among researchers, CHCO, CU supervisors, HR, and the Clinical Research Educator to ensure onboarding, training, and access requirements are met.

The role involves maintaining records, supporting onboarding, conducting annual reviews, and driving program improvements while aligning with departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience coordinating, implementing, and developing programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full lifecycle of research non-employees from intake/onboarding through annual review and offboarding, ensuring access, training, and documentation.
• Leads annual reviews, maintains program records, and reports metrics to leadership.
• Develops, implements, manages, and evaluates programs from inception to completion in line with goals.
