Mercer Advisors is seeking a Research Manager to join the Investment Management Group. You will support investment research through data collection, manager research, performance analysis, and documentation to strengthen the investment platform.
You will collaborate with senior staff on due diligence, performance attribution, and risk management while preparing materials for the Investment Committee and internal stakeholders.

The Research Manager is a key member of Mercer Advisors’ Investment Management Group (IMG), which oversees and implements the firm’s investment solutions across billable AUM. These solutions include portfolio strategies, separately managed accounts (SMAs), mutual funds, ETFs, and private investment vehicles.
In this role, the Manager will support the investment research process through data collection, manager research, performance analysis, and documentation. The position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in investment research and portfolio construction while contributing to the integrity and effectiveness of the firm’s investment platform.
Professional office environment. Primarily indoor work involving sitting and standing. No heavy lifting over 10 lbs.

Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
$120,000 - $135,000 USD
