Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Research partner to own complex client relationships and run end-to-end research programs using Outset's AI platform.

You will transform insights into actionable product and sales content, collaborating with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to drive product impact. The role requires 5+ years in research, strong qualitative methods, and a fast-paced mindset; visa sponsorship details will be discussed. Hybrid work with SF/NY offices, four in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• > 5 years in research, insights, or strategy roles.
• Strong qualitative research experience.
• Comfortable owning projects and client relationships independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong at synthesizing messy data into sharp stories, decks, and dashboards.
• Fluent in both numbers and narratives.
• Clear, confident communicator with executives and day-to-day users.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required now or in the future.
• Willing to work 4 days a week in the San Francisco or New York office.
