Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in mechanical engineering or international equivalent.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and CNC programming of mill and lathe with Autodesk Fusion360.
• Ability to utilize manual mills/lathes as well as all typical machine shop support equipment.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and evaluate mechanical components, products, and systems using applied mechanical engineering principles.
• Create prototypes and evaluate design to ensure conformance with engineering specifications.
• Model and design work using CAD/drafting tools or CAD software; interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• May manage project schedules and budgets; ensure final design is properly executed in manufacturing.
