FleishmanHillard seeks an intern to join its TRUE Global Intelligence team in one of several U.S. offices.

The hybrid role supports both primary and secondary research, including qualitative and quantitative methods, media intelligence, audience analysis, and performance measurement. Ideal candidates have coursework or experience in primary and secondary research, strong analytical and writing skills, and a curious, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Pursuing/holding a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Academic coursework or experience in primary research such as surveys or interviews
• Academic coursework or experience in secondary research such as literature reviews or media summaries
• Strong analytical and writing skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and methods
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Able to collaborate within a diverse team and accept feedback
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Monitor digital news stories
• Conduct secondary research via Google and databases, evaluating source credibility and synthesizing findings
• Assist with qualitative and/or quantitative primary research projects and contribute to research reports
• Support communications measurement and analytics by organizing and analyzing datasets
• Assist with media analysis by creating charts in Excel and developing insights
• Identify trends and connect findings to the business questions
• Create clear charts and visualizations in Excel/PowerPoint to communicate results
• Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve efficiency while validating outputs
