Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required Experience: No prior relevant work experience required.
• Preferred Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred Experience: One year of direct job experience. Prior experience in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Use data entry, calculations, estimates, reconciliations, reports to produce analysis data.
• Determine, develop, organize and streamline data for financial analysis; review and approve financial documents.
• Prepare forecasts and analysis of trends in general business conditions and other related areas.
• Analyze and verify funding sources to ensure appropriate spending and billing practices.
• Provide results of analysis and methodology used to determine results.
• Remain current on financial reporting and applicable regulations, processes, etc.
• May perform assigned financial audit functions based on analysis results for complex issues.
• Prepare financial summaries and any other specialized reports for presentation.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
