The ADA Forsyth Institute invites applications for a Research Fellow or Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on advanced biomaterials, tissue engineering, targeted drug delivery, and standardized product testing relevant to oral health and bone healing.

Priority will be given to candidates with bone mechanics, nanoparticle synthesis, and 3D printing expertise. The successful candidate will help develop novel biomaterial solutions and nanoparticulate

Qualifications

• Master's degree (M.S.) with minimum 3 years of broad experience in bone mechanobiology, nanoparticulate delivery, and protocol establishment.
• Must-have: hands-on tissue engineering experience with bone mechanical testing and animal handling.
• Must-have: nanoparticle design/synthesis for drug delivery systems.
• Must-have: proficiency with histology, microCT, and mechanical testing equipment.
• Must-have: familiarity with 3D printing and CAD/CAM software.
• Experience or interest in clinical dental applications and developing evaluation methods for dental products.

Responsabilités

• Develop innovative biomaterials and nanoparticulate drug delivery systems for bone healing and regeneration.
• Support dental product evaluation research by creating evaluation methods and test protocols.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to advance translational research in oral health.
