Responsibilities

• Perform molecular biology experiments: C. elegans genetics, molecular cloning, PCR, gel electrophoresis, microscopy, RNAi and related techniques.
• Maintain accurate experimental records, analyze results, and communicate progress to the PI and lab members.
• Coordinate routine lab tasks, inventories, reagents, equipment maintenance, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
