Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Engineer to join our team. As a leading manufacturer of architectural panels and steel products, we are committed to innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and development activities related to architectural panels and steel products
  • Design and develop new products and processes, and improve existing ones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new products and processes
  • Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze data and present findings to management and other stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in materials and technologies
  • Participate in product design reviews and provide technical insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners for research and development collaborations
  • Write technical reports and documentation to support product development and improvement
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Provide technical support to production and quality control teams as needed
  • Assist with the preparation of patent applications and other intellectual property protection efforts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product design principles
  • Experience with CAD software and simulation tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods
