The role works with RFS, OIT, and ORI to help researchers draft data management plans and ensure funder compliance.

The facilitator partners to develop secure, compute-integrated data curation pipelines, identifies repositories for open data sharing, and helps with long-term archiving.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifecycle research data management support across disciplines, advising on data storage, movement, sharing, and preservation.
• Help researchers draft and operationalize data management plans to meet funder requirements.
• Collaborate with libraries, OIT, and ORI to develop data curation pipelines and identify suitable repositories for open data sharing and long-term archiving.
• Create and deliver training, workshops, and outreach materials to promote effective use of compute and data resources.
