Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a data-focused professional to perform data integration and maintain databases for research projects at the Fargo, North Dakota campus. The role supports the Sanford Center for Biobehavioral Research, focusing on behavioral health-related data in rural settings.

The position involves designing reports, validating data quality and collaborating with clinical colleagues to enhance data-driven insights for research and fundraising strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of education, leadership may accept six years of applicable experience.
• Two or more years of experience in business, finance, data science, statistics, information management, analytics, fundraising or related field is preferred. Previous experience operating reporting and analytic tools, such as Raiser's Edge, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn, understand and analyze process workflows within functional areas to understand improvements related to data reporting, extraction and analytics.
• Design, develop, document, test and deploy custom reports, database smart queries and data exports.
• Provide accurate information to support enterprise business, communication and fundraising decisions.
• Collect, organize, segment, analyze, validate and disseminate significant amounts of information to communicate performance against KPIs.
• Develop ad-hoc and standard reports, dashboards and communications for internal and external recipients.
