Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL seeks a seasoned clinical research professional to assist with management of research protocols and patient participation in trials. You will coordinate data collection, perform protocol tasks, and support education for patients and staff.

Under the Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies, you will track performance, analyze data, and prepare management reports, potentially supervising others. Knowledge of EDC systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute two years of research experience.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with administration to implement policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical and operational management of research protocols.
• Coordinate, evaluate, and follow patient participation in clinical trials.
• Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting for management.
• Perform protocol-specific clinical tasks including patient assessment and monitoring responses.
• May administer medications and provide patient/family education.
• Lead with admin on implementing policies and guidelines; track team performance data and create reports.
