Job summary

The University of Chicago's Behavioral Insights and Parenting Lab (BIP Lab) seeks a Research Coordinator to support large-scale projects by designing protocols, managing data collection, and coordinating field staff across multiple states. A hybrid work policy applies, and candidates fluent in English and Spanish are preferred.

You will assist with study design, recruitment, data management, and reporting, ensuring compliance with institutional and federal policies.

Qualifications

• Education: college degree in a related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in public policy, economics, psychology, or education.
• Experience coding in Stata and/or R.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment of schools and research partners.
• Support relationship management between the BIP Lab and partner organizations.
• Prepare and organize research materials for partner organizations.
• Provide onboarding, training and coaching for field research assistants.
• Provide technical support and respond to inquiries from research sites and participants.
• Assist with study design, data collection, and data management.
