Job Summary: This position will coordinate the day-to-day implementation of a two-year, externally funded research project in organizational behavior. Working closely with the principal investigators and research team, the Research Coordinator will support an archival research study and a large-scale online field experiment. Primary responsibilities will include coordinating study timelines and data-collection; preparing and maintaining IRB submissions, amendments, and research documentation; coordinating participant recruitment and payments; supporting the development, pretesting, piloting, and launch of research materials; maintaining organized study data and materials; and implementing quality-control procedures. The Research Coordinator will also coordinate research-assistant workflows and assist with data management, cleaning, documentation, and preparation of research reports and other outputs as needed. This is a terminal, part-time position that will end April 30, 2028. 25% FTE through April 30, 2027, and 12.5% FTE through April 30, 2028.
