Job summary

Responsibilities

Develop novel synthesis and scale-up processes.
Characterize novel energetic materials using analytical methods.
Formulation optimization of propellants, pyrotechnics, and explosives.
Handle and test energetic materials, armaments, and weapon systems.
Integrate energetic materials into end articles such as ammunition and munitions.
Adhere to safety process requirements in all activities.
Design experiments and test series for safe, efficient data collection.
Design, source select, install, maintain, and operate specialized instrumentation.
Assist with compliance in restricted information security regulations.
Prepare reports, deliver technical presentations, and track deliverables.
