The interests of our group cover all areas of particle physics, quantum field theory/amplitudes, and the interface of particle physics

Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical research in particle physics and related areas.
• Collaborate with senior group members and contribute to publications.

The SLAC Elementary Particle Physics Theory group may have 1-2 Research Associate (Postdoctoral Position) appointments for a 3-year term beginning October 1, 2027 or earlier. The senior members of our group are: Miguel Correia, Lance Dixon, Alexander Friedland, Rebecca Leane, Bernhard Mistlberger, Thomas Rizzo, Philip Schuster and Natalia Toro. The interests of our group cover all areas of particle physics, quantum field theory/amplitudes, and the interface of particle physics and astro-particle physics.

Prior to starting the position, successful applicants must provide evidence of a PhD degree in theoretical physics, or confirmation of completion of the PhD degree requirements.
