Qualifications

• Master's degree with 7+ years of experience or PhD with 5+ years in related fields.
• Professional experience with human-subjects research and regulatory compliance.
• Experience designing and implementing applied research with mixed methods.
• Ability to translate questions into research designs, measures, and data-collection strategies.
• Strong data-management and analysis skills using R, Excel, or similar tools.
• Experience with Qualtrics and REDCap for data collection.

Responsibilities

• Design and support applied research and program evaluation across institutional programs.
• Manage and communicate data findings; develop reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Provide expertise in research design, data systems, ethics, and compliance to support grants.
• Develop and support data-collection processes using Qualtrics and REDCap.
• Serve as Qualtrics Brand Administrator and contribute to workflows and infrastructure.
• Steward research projects, collaborating with faculty, staff, and external partners.
• Administer IRB operations including protocol screening, coordination, and compliance monitoring.
• Interpret federal human-subjects regulations and support related institutional requirements.
