Job summary

Advanced Group in Arizona is seeking a Research Associate III to support laboratory operations, process transfer activities, and cross‑functional project initiatives within a research and development environment. This role will play a key part in supporting the transition of products and processes from development into operational settings while ensuring quality, consistency, and documentation excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Master's degree with relevant laboratory experience encouraged.
• Experience in regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Experience in laboratory, manufacturing, product development or quality environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory experiments and process characterization activities per established protocols.
• Perform routine wet lab procedures and support product/process transfer activities.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data.
• Troubleshoot procedures and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare SOPs, reports, and study summaries; support quality initiatives.
